My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

Fraggin in Pictures.

Created by Mrs 4444, Friday Fragments are bits and pieces of your week that are usually brief; too short for a stand-alone post, but too good to discard. Collect humorous observations, "Heard" items, and other small gems and put them together in a Friday Fragments post.

Over a year ago I won a box of daylillies from Adrienne, who sells such things....They have FINALLY bloomed!!

Anyone remember the little plant my daughter (or her teacher...) gave me for Mother's Day?? The one my cat ate? Well I stuck what was left of the poor thing in the little bed I'm creating out back...between the daylillies......it's happy there.

Also last summer, along with a ton of stuff from my grandmother, my aunt brought me some daylillies from her yard.....they're happy now too....

the roses, unfortunately didn't survive my neglect last winter. I'm gonna stop in Tyler and buy some more during my trip and try again!

How To Train Your Dragon.....

Daddilocks makes the Three Hooligans some cheesecake......

Some like the crust....some like the middle...some would rather have chocolate! (I vote with the last myself.)

Poor Daddy! Can't get no respect!

Watch out for those innocent looking day lilies--they tend to take over the yard. Ours did!

Stopping by from Friday Fragments.

I love that color of daylily! I want more varieties in the yard and to space out the bloom times a little.

My celosias are finally beginning to take hold--at least some of them are. They were so pretty at Lowe's, but the colors aren't so brilliant now, and some of them are still very droopy. They sure are persnickety little things.

Beautiful flowers! My blog is sadly devoid of pictures...I always forget my camera and on the rare instances that I remember it I never upload the photos to my computer. Major fail.

Enjoy the holiday weekend!

What a great picture; your husband is a good sport!
I am sorry I am so late but I am having a terrible crisis right now; so every time I have a few minutes I try to at least say hello!
