My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

It's about learning how to dance in the rain."

Day 2 Addendum

We had the young seminarian (studying to become a Priest) at our church over for dinner. Hubby made his wonderful stuffed jalapeƱos and lasagna

I sewed on my quilt.

Mission Accomplished:
Passed a wonderful evening socializing with a very nice young man.
Finished piecing the back for my Mommie Quilt

So far I must say this vacation is going very well!

Does vacation mean a vacation from cooking, too? That would be AWESOME!

I rarely cook anymore. My stay at home dad and hubby does our cooking. I'm on vacation from work.
