My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

isn't it crawfish - or some kind of southern dish with crawfish? i read that once in a book (novel). see, i learn things from reading. unless i'm wrong =/
Yes, ma'am, I know what those dee-licious crustaceans are! I like mine in etouffee or boiled with Old Bay seasoning or Zatarain's, among other delicacies.
Oh yeah, according to who you ask, they're also called crawdads, crawfish, crayfish, and even fresh water lobster.

Yep, I know what a roly poly is too! Mama called 'em sow bugs or pill bugs too. They have lots of legs and roll up into a shiny grey ball when you startle them.
And we mostly call them crawdads around here in NE Arkansas, Jen.
Diane, We only called them rolie polies...and my sister loved them so much. She rarely played anything in the summer except with her rolie polie colony! I know, but now you KNOW the stock I come from!!lol

Crawdads...that is what I grew up calling them... (I grew up in Northwest Ohio.)
