My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

because you asked.

I sent my mom searching for pics of me as a kid. Now, the colors are quite off in these because they were fused to the glass of the frame in the fire...then my mom scanned them into the comp. So you can imagine. But it's the best we've got. The first one says 1976, I was born March 2, 1975...I think this was a fall dress so puts me about 18 months old we'll say, the second I'm about 4....All that hair was what's known as "dirty blond" but it's hard to see.

Dirty blond, dishwater blond, same difference. Mine was too, and even lighter when I was younger. Now it's going platinum the other way. Oy.

Just caught up with your latest 5 posts. Whew! ;o)

Nope, there's no way to set Blogger to post at a later time. Even if you set the date and time for later, it will still publish as soon as you post it. Some of the other blog platforms will allow you to do autoposts to publish at a later date and/or time, but not Blogger.

Dang! After reading your po'boy post now I'm starving! Pimento cheese just ain't gettin' it since you flung a cravin' on me for shrimp and fried oysters and gumbo and jambalaya and crawfish etouffe and, and.....

Hope you get some rest and get to spend some time with your young 'uns and P.

Sure, you can party in your jammies, your birthday suit, whatever, LOL! ;o)

Miss you....

Love and hugs,

Diane

Sigh...what can I say, I've been such a bad blogger and commentator lately. So many people to visit and so little time to do it! lol Actually now that my computer room is almost done with its renovations, I'm looking forward to spending HOURS on the computer blogging:-) Love those two pictures of you as a little girl...what a sweetheart!! Thank you so much for the Daily Dose award, it's very much appreciated. xox

What a darling you were. Dirty blond. Haven't heard that in awhile but it was very popular in my day. Mine was blond and then turned dirty blond as I got older and then brown and now gray!!!

I just caught up, too. So many words, so little time. I don't think your kids look a lot like you when you were little. Do they look like dad's kid pictures? How are your hands doing?

Dishwater blond was my curse too! But you do not wear it as a curse, but as an adorable cutie pie...your kids have beautiful mom and dad and it shows in them:)

Began life as a towhead, got darker and darker til I discovered "Sun In" when I was a teen and then moved on to Clairol.

Finally stopped that madness and am almost a towhead again. Oh, the circle of life!

What a cutie pie you were!
