My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

It's about learning how to dance in the rain."

show and tell

Kelli is hosting show and tell Friday again

So, here's mine...
Better late than never I guess.

OK, I know that I have told a couple of you that I have a new holster and will be putting it up for show and tell. I do have it and will tell all about it and its makers next week, promise. Here's the proof.

However, for this week I came across something that was more timely. {See previous post}

This is one of my music boxes that Subvet has given me. As a matter of fact it is the last one he gave me. Since we've had kids we have more important things to spend money on!!

He gave this to me for Christmas our first Chrsitmas in our own home. 2002.

Inside the bottom half of the hour glass is an unicorn, the top half holds a castle in the clouds.

As I was DUSTING tonight (yes, I listened to all of you!) I saw the top of it for the first time in (ahem) years.

What you can't read in this pic is that in the center of the top it says

"Expect a miracle"

It's moments like this that I stop, and say,

"Hi God! Love you too!! Thanks!!"

I cannot wait until the next post!

I love the unicorn, and not getting a gift all the time. It makes the ones you receive more precious.

I often look back at all the gifts that I did not receive all thanks to having 4 kids, a home and expenses. Those are just as precious of gifts!!

I love coming over to show and tell at the Superhero the rugrats and the vets home!!!!

Beautiful music box! What tune does it play? I'm trying to think if "Expect a Miracle" is a song.
