Sorry for the light blogging this week. I actually was gonna put up something I've pre-written about Halloween,
BUT
my very dearest and most wonderful friend has decided to jump into the deeps of blog-land.
Her name is Pinky and here's what she has to say about herself:

I wanted to let you know that I did get your message on my blog. yes, I did delete my weight loss blog. I was reading and commenting on a lot of peoples weight loss blogs, but only you and one other person were commenting on mine. I just felt like I was not getting the support that I needed but was always trying to give support. I felt it was just going to be better for me to join in some local weight loss things instead.
I still read your blog each week so please stop by mine every now and again!
