My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

It's about learning how to dance in the rain."

a note on that baby blanket.

It was way easy to make, just 2 pieces of flannel sewn together, the colored squares are printed on the fabric!

:-)

and hubby was a Senior Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy, he served 22 years on Submarines.

Thanks for clearing that up. I knew Subby served on subs, just not what rank and position he held.

My Daddy was a Navy vet, WWII, submachinist's mate, second class. He was a Navy Seabee and he talked more about driving the beer truck than any of the more dangerous stuff. :-/
