My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

Sarah's Simple Sewing Secrets.

Here's a quick one, when you need to sew two pieces of fabric together and they're supposed to be the same size but ~~uh-hum~~ aren't, pin the ends together, pin in the middle of the longer one to the middle of the shorter one, then pin in middle of each unpinned section. Keep doing this till you've got pins regularly down the length. Then put the side that is longer on the bottom and sew. Your machine's "feed dogs" will ease in the excess fabric evenly and you will have minimal puckering. :-) --trust me, I'm a master at this one!!--
