I have had to enable the word verification feature. Sorry to those of you who are irritated by this (as I am) but I have had to delete 2 comments in the last week containing only links without profiles and I do not want any of my regular readers to mistakenly click on a link in a comment thread.
If this does not keep the trolls at bay then I will enable comment moderation.
Sorry for the inconvience folks....guess I finally came up on someone's radar out there.
THIS POST WILL STAY AT THE TOP FOR A BIT, SCROLL DOWN FOR NEW POSTS.

Rather than use word verification, which is a huge inconvenience to your readers, try comment moderation. =)
no problem. i don't think it's that much of an inconvenience. a lot of bloggers use it, so i'm used to it.
alas, I work nights, 4 nights a week and wouldn't have a chance to moderate comments but about once a week so I'm trying to avoid that.
almost everybody uses word verification now...its just a few more letters .. not a big deal..
