My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

It's about learning how to dance in the rain."

thoughts are the seeds, the harvest can either be flowers or weeds. — William

Me, Sonshine, and Richard Simmons

OK, so some nights I lack motivation to get up and boogie with Richie.

So I go looking for inspiration.........

I mean come on! If my 5 year old can totally enjoy it!!!

Yes, this qualifies as Physical Therapy for the boy.

Well, it's cold outside so PT option #1 is out and I didn't have any tape handy so PT option #2 is out....gotta come up with SOMETHING ya know!

His favorite is doing "The Swim" (which by the way is GREAT for his upper body and coordination!!) and we all "Jitterbug" to Rockin Robin together!

The Richard Simmon's tapes are more fun for kids I think! I used to watch Laura Beth do it and I spent more time laughing than exercising!

Well that explains why you aren't motivated - you probably aren't dressed properly! First you need to strip down to your undies and then go for it!

Where do you come up with these ideas? You must be the very creative type. Do you paint, or, yes, that's right you do quilts and sew and things like that. Now it's coming back. Sorry, brain cramp.

Hmmm, am wondering about Linda's comment, but I ain't goin' there!
