My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

Another new blog

I waited for permission before putting up this link.

I am very proud to have gotten that permission.

Let me introduce you to airbornedad. His son is SPC Mark who is now safe and sound at Ft Bragg after way too many moons overseas fighting for us, he is a paratrooper.

Someone commented on Cookie's blog that the war video he and I (and others) posted wasn't real, it actually came from one of those stupid war-game computer things that I detest. I researched myself and yes, it does look like it's a fake.

But, unfortunately, this war is NOT a fake and good soldiers are dying.

I would like for each of you to read a soldier's story about a day at war. Told in his own words.

thanks to airbornedad for the permission to tell others his son's story. Thanks to SPC Mark for defending me.

Hi again MM! I always smile when people write about and honor our service members. My dad was a vet and most of my family members have served. I'm also a military wife and the very proud President of eMail Our Military. If you come across any other patriot posts I should be reading, let me know!
