My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

Thesaurus noton Thursday!

So, who noticed that I missed Thursday again??

Sorry folks, I switched to days to take a 2 day class and had to STUDY for the test!! Guess it worked as I only missed one question and am now certified as an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support provider according to the American Heart Association. Which means that if you die at my house...I can call 9-1-1 REALLY REALLY fast!! ;-)

Now, on with our game.

For next week, work on these:
curtilage
cushaw

Last Week's Definitions:
pencel - a small pennon, as at the head of a lance

remember these guys??

penstock - a conduit for conveying water to a power plant.
No Smarty Pants Winners this week! ..... try again for next week.

Way to go MM. I am not certified so I just hit speed dial one if you die at my house.

curtilage: hmmm, oh well on to the next one, I know this one, I really do. Ah, darn .....the opposite of curtsy?

cushaw: hmmm, back to the first one. I got no idea and can't think of a silly one either. Grey cells are being destroyed faster than reproduced I guess.

Cushaw--a long possibly crook necked pumpkin

Curtilage--where a red neck lives and he wants people to think he has a fancy "out in the country" acreage.

Congratulations on the test---I will be sure to be at your house when 911!!
