Remember this recent debacle?
Well, Trend Micro sent me the following email:

Tell us about your support experience by answering our Customer Feedback Form. Your feedback and suggestions are important to us, and will be used to continually improve the quality of our service.
So? What would you say??

"Get snapped!" comes to mind.
i would be honest without getting hostile. honest feedback will be valuable to them and help them be better at service and providing product.
