My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

I should do this more often.....

apparently bronchitis and it's resultant intractable coughing makes for a great weight loss technique.

So, who wants to enter the cough-mania exercise class I'm holding 4 times a week?? We can have the classes anytime of the day or night....don't even need a lot of room!! Bring your ipod and cough in time to the music YOU like!! And you don't even have to try and figure out what the skinny teeny-bopper instructor is yelling at you!

(yes, I'm serious!! the turtle even MOVED!)

I'm glad something good came out of it! My coughing is actually getting worse---I had to sleep elevated last night.

On a good note, it's good that you had your bladder fixed or else you'd be losing more than weight!! :-)

There's a silver cloud to every lining... (or something like that...) Can you believe, I had H1N1 the end of August and my lungs have STILL not recovered! (I'm not losing any weight over it at this point, though. =sigh=)

Been there, done that. I think I'd rather lose the weight some other way, thank you very muchly. Glad it worked for you, though I wouldn't recommend it too often.

Hope you're better soon. Cough your way to skinny just doesn't appeal to me personally.

Oh drat, I remember having that! UGH. I lost another pound, Dr was excited about all my numbers. LOL---I RODE MY BIKE to the Dr. appointment. (Hey, my town is little, I rode it to the grocery store to pick up one item yesterday!)

not the healthiest way to lose weight, but hey, we take what we can get, right? =)

Sarah, I hope you get over the cough soon. It certainly seems to linger.

Have a great day.
Blessings,
Mary

That much coughing and I'd probably have to buy stock in Depends.

There usually isn't much rhythm to my coughs when I get them. And I'm usually OK most of the day until bed time. Then I'm good for a 20 minute coughing fit, which I perform downstairs in the back room so everyone else can sleep. Then and only then can I go up and actually get some sleep. And I probably wouldn't be able to hear the ipod.
