Kelli is hosting show and tell Friday again
So, here's mine.
Oh where oh where has this summer gone, oh where oh where could it beeeee???
School starts 3 weeks from yesterday. I wanted to finish Gator-boy's baby quilt for him to take to school with him for nap time.
Haha, I haven't worked on it at all this summer. Guess I'd better get cracking!
And as for Sugars' baby quilt? Haven't even bought fabric for that one yet!! Good thing there aren't going to be any more babies. They'd get their quilts as graduation gifts!!!

It's beautiful! I love the colors.
Lol at getting their quilts as graduation gifts! hehe The one you're working on is just gorgeous...I so love the colours and shapes!! xox
I'm amazed at what you've done so far.
I think it is breathtaking!!
I think that 3 wee ones would be the reason???And I know that you are a very busy Mighty Mom!!!
I love the quilt!
Thanks guys! Maybe next week I'll put up Sonshine's so you can see the finished baby quilt ;-) He got it for his 1st b-day. heeheehee.
I love the look of it. I was the same way with Christmas stockings for my grandchildren. What was suppose to be for their 1st Christmas was given by the 3rd!!!

It's a beautiful quilt! I hope you find some time to finish it up!

The quilt is beautiful! I love the colors!
I like the quilt too.
And the print? Much gooder. Easier to read, much. ;D
Love and hugs,
Diane
It took your 40th comment to point out the typo in my Show & Tell!!!! Thank you......I have corrected it :o)
Susan
Hope you didn't think me rude...I found it humorous as what is usually in my handbag is a big MESS!! :-)
That is gorgeous!! =) I'm sure you'll finish it before graduation!! Don't feel bad. I started a quilt of different little rectangles for my 13 year old when she was a baby. I just meant it to be a large child size quilt, but I went a little overboard cutting out all the rectangles, and have still been sewing them together for years!! I doubt I'll even finish in time for graduation!!
What an eye-catching quilt. I've been working on a quilt made from my 2 yo's receiving blankets and got in a real hurry to finish before we moved. I made such a mess!! Now I'm spending my crafting time pulling seams. Argh!
hello, Jenny!
Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment. I didn't find a blog link in your profile or I'd have come to visit your place. I HATE to pull seams! And usually unless it's really awful, I just leave it be and call it character! ;-) I kept reminding myself as I made Sonshine's quilt (my first son) that this didn't need to be a masterpiece, it was intended to be peed, pooped, and puked on. Literally loved to bits.
