Preprandial
appropriate to the period just before dinner.
Random House Webster's College Dictionary
We had a preprandial fit yesterday.
Someone tell me if I'm not using it right. I'm a nurse, not an English major.
Of course my next question is "What is dinner?" You may be surprised that not everyone has the same answer to that question.

Now there's one that doesn't come up in conversation very often!
As for dinner - that would be the same as supper for me though I know for some it's lunch!
Dinner is good eats, no matter what time of day you eat them.
We have preprandial fits all the time in this house, sigh... Hungry people are often the grouchiest, don't you think? I know when I was a waitress, I saw quite a few more preprandial fits, and they were usually had by grown ups!!! =)
I am speechless at this...But in a simple little life I tagged you in Name Tag come over and see what I did!
