My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

It's about learning how to dance in the rain."

Then and Now

Sonshine graduated from Kindergarten last night.

So hard to believe! Just a few days ago we were here:

The boy who was 5 lbs 15 oz at birth

has grown...

And now.... a first grader!

This is Sonshine with his teacher Mrs Perkins (aka Miss Ladybug) and his aide Mrs Coburn. Many many thanks to these wonderful women! They've worked HARD all year so that Sonshine, other than in handwriting, would have an A for the year! He's completely on target academically.
A mommy's answered prayer....

Aw, congratulations and yes, they certainly do grow fast don't they? Amanda will be turning 18 and graduating high school in exactly two weeks. I'm still a bit flabbergasted by the whole thing!
