My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

"Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass...
It's about learning how to dance in the rain."

Your mind is the garden, your
thoughts are the seeds, the harvest can either be flowers or weeds. — William

still fragmented....

So, have you ever felt like this???

by the way, the 18 wheeler is called a "choo choo truck" and the yellow SUV is a school bus. gotta love 2 yr olds!
I have decided there's just nothing quite as much fun as having an autistic 6 yr old backseat driver!! "RED LIGHT!! Stop Momma!! STOP!!!" ~~~~I will, once I drive the rest of the 1/2 mile to get up to the intersection!! And I don't even want to TALK about trying to make a right turn on red!!
Sugars' 2 week post op check went well. Hearing tested normal. Here's to a healthier 2010!
Mom, "I think you're being goofy."
Sugars, "Yes! And Donald Duck!......and Mickey Mouse Momma!!"

Yes, here's to a healthy 2010!

My three year old told me I needed to get out of my jammies and put on some clothes. :sigh:

I can definitely see you as Goofy but perhaps more Minnie than Mickey!

Yay for the good check up!

Life may be hectic with kids, but never boring, that's for sure!

Stay warm. Snow due to start here soon and down close to 0 tonight.

Love and hugs,

Can you hear my laughter? This was too funny...I had, at one time, 5 back seat drivers. Indeed, wishing you a HEALTHY NEW YEAR!!! Cathy

After visiting with my grand-kids when they lived in Colorado, my three year old granddaughter was fascinated with my GPS which she could observe from the back seat. She watched a LOT of Dora and always called "red", "rojo". So, when I told her I was coming to visit her in her new home of PA, she said, "Just stay off the rojo path, memom, and then you'll find me." Pretty simple instructions...and they worked. ;-)

Speaking of fractured...word verification for this comment: untiely. Does that mean my shoe laces are undone?

oh, and about the movie precious... i knew what it was before going in to see it. i didn't want to see it to be entertained. i like a good story and watching actors deliver good (if not amazing) performances.

movies and books are more to me than just being entertained.
