My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

"Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass...
It's about learning how to dance in the rain."

Who's Fat?

Well, I've been feeling rather plump lately. The scale and I are arguing again...

Then I read this post from Pam.

Then I read this post from Fr Philip.

Then I read this post from Subvet.

And now I can't get THIS SONG out of my head!
(with lyrics so you can really enjoy it!)

Anyone else out there feeling fat?

Crazy Al! and your crazy hubby left a witty comment for me today. It made me giggle to see how many bloggy friends came out of lurking to encourage me! I <3 my bloggy friends!

You had to bring it up didn't you!? I am the most robust I've ever been right now. I'm threatening to get a trainer here shortly...

Catchy! But it makes me want to move to that beat, and doesn't that defeat the purpose? LOL

I don't think it's just us; if you listen to the news they report an all-time high on the number of overweight Americans. Maybe if good for you food was more affordable than junk food, it wouldn't be that way.
