My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

A new day is dawning.

well, in the 5 weeks since my surgery I have gained back 5 of the 15 lbs that I lost last year.

I'm sure that sharing a bowl of ice cream with my husband every night has SOMETHING to do with this....

Yesterday I went to Walmart and did a small amount of shopping, I was in there "walking around" for about 20 minutes. That means that I can walk for 20 min a day! That means that I need to get off my expanding butt and work on losing this weight...again.

:-)

I am once again resetting the weight ticker to my current weight and starting over.

wish me luck!

Good luck! Hope you have better luck at it than I have, not that I'm trying very hard. I just finished a bowl of vanilla ice cream myself. It was the light kind though. :-/

So when are you due to be released back to normal activities and go back to work???

I crack up every time I see your new header photo, lol!

Yeah, we had Sundae Sunday on night shift this last week--Yummmm!

But I was good and brought sugar-free chocolate and SF caramel toppings and the strawberry sauce I made with Splenda.

Of course, the ice cream was full strength.

Reset.

Alright! 20 minutes! Before you know it you'll be practicing for a marathon and kicking some behind in the process!

Oh, and at least you're sharing that bowl of ice cream and not scarfing an entire box of your own! And now I'm craving ice cream .... go figure!
