My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

"Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass...
It's about learning how to dance in the rain."

Your mind is the garden, your
thoughts are the seeds, the harvest can either be flowers or weeds. — William

Uncle Sam Loves Me!

And They'rrrrrrrre Off!

took two trips through the line and a hand cart I borrowed from the lady at the counter but I did it!

All those boxes are in the mail and coming soon to a mailbox near YOU!!

If I've done it right, when you get your box you should find the following.

A) something that will make you laugh
B) something you will throw away (because I couldn't)
C) something you will use and enjoy
D) something that you will look at and say "WHAT THE HECK??!!"

Please don't hesitate to follow through with B, and if you feel so inclined I'd love to see posts showing which item fell into each category for you.

alright now kids, go and wait patiently by your mailboxes.

I believe I'll just sit in my recliner and watch out the window for the mailman instead of waiting at the mailbox. It was 97F here today with a heat index of 110F. :-/

But I'll sure be watching with bated breath. (I've always wondered what that meant. I really need to know so I'll know if I'm doing it right or not.)

Hope you have a great Sunday, and stay cool.

reminds me of christmas and trying to take 5 big boxes to the post office. not only getting them all to the line, but then standing in line and shuffling them all as you go.

looking forward to everything, but especially what i can throw out =)
