My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

Looky!! Looky!!!

now, can anyone tell me what THIS one is? it's totally different from the other lillies in the bloom, but the stalk and leaves look the same. The stapens are brown, not yellow and the bloom opened straight up. soo pretty!

he's probably some sort of hybrid asiatic lily. I would think the regular Easter lilies smell heavenly, but maybe he doesn't? You're going to have to get your sniffer out there!

Your guess is as good as mine but all of the lilies are lovely! I bet it smells great out in your yard!

Lori would be correct. Asiatic lilies have flowers that point up. Orientals point sideways..
