My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

uh.....

Well, the screw came lose and the lens came out of my glasses yesterday.

I had the lens, glasses and screw in my hand to fix them.....but I couldn't see well enough to put the screw back in.....

So I spent 5 minutes walking around my house searching for my glasses.

**I only have ONE set of glasses.**

In other news, I've got all the blocks for my new quilt made!! Oh this is going to be SUPER CUTE!! I may not want to give it away!!!!

The right-sided screw in my glasses came out years ago and I don't have one that really fits, so every couple of days, this one works itself loose. I bought about 8 little eyeglass repair kits from Wal-Mart and have one stashed in just about every purse, bag and personal drawer in the house. My only other set of glasses is over 4 years old, so not sure they would do me any good if I had to put them on to insert the screw anyway!

On my list of the many expensive things to do this spring is get my eyes examined again. I hate it, but the sunglasses are over 7 years old and I realllllly need new ones.

Ha! I've done similar things looking for my cell phone while I'm talking on it, etc.
