My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

the ODDEST thing I've ever seen!

You may remember that awhile back I received an inheritance from my Grandmother.

Well, tonight I needed to fix this....

So I went looking through this....

To find this.....

But I did NOT expect to find this....

Which did indeed contain THIS.....

Anyone got any ideas why Grandmother'd have TEETH stored in her buttons???

nah, me neither...

Why would parents save their children's teeth? Ick.

Did you mean for the shirt to look like a headless person using the computer? Because I had to take a double-take!

No idea!!! Never heard of anyone doing this.

No weirder than my dad keeping his kidney stones (or maybe it was gall stones - a stone by any other name is still a stone) in a jar in his office. Ugh!

Well, I guess if they were teeth that the Tooth Fairy collected then I guess I can understand it but some of those look suspiciously like they may have been your grandmother's own teeth. Ew!

Maybe she was planning to make a necklace??

Well if they were filled with gold I might understand...we found a few of those ourselves in Dear's parents stash...this will remain a mystery.

OK, so I'm weird, no question about it... but I have a couple of tiny jars with my children's baby teeth in them. (Not big ole, honkin' molars like your grandma's...). There's something so dear about those little teeth to me. Funny thing is I did actually keep them in my sewing box at one time... Your Grandma and I are kindred spirits -- um, maybe?
