My Husband "Subvet" says that when our first son "Sonshine" was born the sun rose on our world, when our second son "Gator" was born the sun laughed and when our daughter "Sugars" was born all the flowers bloomed. That says it all.

catching up on some comments and questions

For more information about the Angel of Grief statue, see this post. Adrienne gives details in her comments section.

I got an email Friday night from the people who own the equestrian therapy place....it said: "We are underwater and I think might need an ARK. Because of this, we will not be riding." sigh. Looking forward to next week!

"life is what we make of it, so there's no reason why it can't be wonderful." I absolutely agree!

While I'm blogging during the daytime on my days off Sonshine has taken to dictating when I need to change the colors on the blog, as well as picking out what the color combinations are going to be! I try to ensure everything's legible......but it's a struggle at times, the boy knows what he wants! haha. And it was while helping me read blogs that he saw the cat clock at Lisa's place and decided I needed one too!

What seems like forever ago... at the beginning of the summer...June 4th actually, I held my first GIVEAWAY! Now, because I'm just a big softie who HATES to not win (ie LOSE) at these things I decided that everyone who entered the giveaway would be a winner!! It's taken me awhile but yesterday I went to the Post Office and put all your prizes in the mail!!
Each of you will get

plus Lagniappe as I was able. So be watching your mailboxes folks!

Ok now - did Sonshine pick out the new red background? My eyes are throbbing...

Perhaps you could let him know that his "Auntie Adrienne" is waaaaaaaaay too old for the red.

You can tell these colors were picked out by the son of a military man - such patriotic red, white, & blue! A big salute to Sonshine!

P.S.,

That was a beautiful apron that you sent to Pinky! It looks great on her!
