I just found your blog and love...That's great. I just found your blog and love it. I'm a special ed teacher and we get a pumpkin every year. My student with autism actually helped us scoop the seeds out while repeatedly saying "Nasty". We tossed the seeds in olive oil and coated with salt and then baked them. They were delicious. Then we baked the pumpkin, pureed it, and made pumpkin pie in a jar.
